Welcome to the Estates at Lion’s Chase.  We are a beautiful subdivision located West of Route 47 and South of Main Street in Huntley Illinois.  The subdivision contains approximately 100 acres of land, of which around 22 acres are native prairie, wetlands, and landscaping maintained by the Homeowners Association. There are many nearby activities, such as swimming in the outdoor pool at the Huntley Aquatic Center - Stingray Bay, taking a walk through the expansive Deickie Park, or just enjoy a localized walk around the neighborhood.  We also organize annual garage sales, block parties, and other community-related events throughout the year.  The Estates at Lion’s Chase is a great family orientated, multi-generational community to live in!
